The increasing demands of our lives and sporting activities are pushing not only our own bodies but those of our animals to their physiological limits. So to give you and your animal 'the edge' it is vital to keep you both in top condition! Regular manipulation and massage is the best way to achieve this.
As a rider, I am well aware of the effect and imbalance that aching muscles, stiffness or incorrect posture can have on my horses. That is why I not only treat you but also your horse wherever possible.
However, you don't have to be a rider to require treatment. Farmers, gardeners, labourers of all kinds, sports enthusiasts and worst of all, those of us who spend hours crouching over a desk/computer; all will build up stresses and strains in our bodies.
